We have received a security from Bloomberg with an ISIN of USY7470TAC90 which fails our ISIN validation. Bloomberg insisit that it is a good ISIN and have confirmed it with Euroclear. However using the documented ISIN formula I calculate the check as 9 not 0.

Can anyone help please?
