The European Investment Bank on 14-Jan-02 just issued
a new 3-year global bond issue (4% of 15-Mar-05) that
possesses 2 ISINs: US298785CN44 and XS0141587310.

It was always my understanding that a global issue
should always have just one ISIN. Does someone
have an explanation?
