I have an old stock certificate (about 15 years) from a company called "Diablo Oil Company". For all I know the company may have gone out of business. How can I find out what happened to the company from the CUSIP ? The CUSIP is 251900-10-6. Is there any place on the web where I can search for old CUSIP's? I am not willing to pay for research for a stock that may be worthless. Any help ?
