Identifying a 144a ISIN vs RegS ISIN

I have a database of convertible bonds, and an ISIN associated with the bond.

The problem is that there can be 2 versions (tranches) of the bond, one that is 144a and one which is RegS.

Is there anything within the ISIN which would allow me to tell if the security it is referring to is 144a or not??
