If you are a Reuters customer with a Reuters Triarch installation inhouse, there is a tool named Reuters Online Directory. This is a database with all RICs in it, you can search by ISIN or name.
If you want to do he job automaticly, say, you have a list of 20.000 ISINs and want to convert it every morning to the RICs with all exchange places in it, we here (H&W EDV Systems, Germany) are building a database with all RICs and information we can get, to convert or search for various information.
