Hand-over of numbering function to Paraguay on May 14, 2010

With effective date May 14, 2010 numbering function will be handed over from CUSIP Service Bureau (US), the responsible Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Paraguay, to the appointed National Numbering Agency (NNA), Bolsa de Valores y Productos de Asunción S.A. The NNA decided to allocate ISINs based on their numbering system but ISINs allocated by the SNA will be kept and only ISINs for new issues would be allocated by the NNA. So all currently used PY-ISINs will remain valid.
