Hand-over of numbering function to Palestine on April 1, 2010

With effective date April 1, 2010 numbering function will be handed over from WM Datenservice (Germany), the responsible Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Palestine, to the appointed National Numbering Agencies (NNAs), Palestine Securities Exchange. The NNA decided to allocate ISINs based on their numbering systems. ISINs allocated by the SNA will be replaced by the new ISINs allocated by the NNAs.
The new ISINs will be uploaded to the ANNA Service Bureau database as of April 1 and the ISINs allocated by the SNA will be put on inactive status.
