Hand-over of numbering function to Belarus on December 1, 2008

With effective date December 1, 2008 numbering function has been handed over from WM Datenservice (Germany), the responsible Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Belarus, to the appointed National Numbering Agency, Republican Central Securities Depository. Since no ISINs had been allocated by the SNA there will be no ISIN change to the new ISINs allocated by Belarus. The new ISINs will be uploaded to the ANNA Service Bureau database with the same effective date. For further information please contact the National Numbering Agency or the SNA.
