ISIN changes for Bosnia-Herzegovina (Republic of Srpska) on February 25, 2009

WM Datenservice in its function as Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Bosnia-Herzegovina has agreed with the Central Registry of Securities (CRS) in Banja Luka the replacement of BA-ISINs allocated by the SNA to ISINs based on the local numbering system with effective date February 25, 2009. CRS is the Central Securities Depository of Republic of Srpska, one of the two entities that constitute Bosnia-Herzegovina. ISINs that would fall under geographical area of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the 2nd entity, remain unchanged for the time being. A decision on a single National Numbering Agency responsible for the whole country is to be made by the Supervizory Authorities of the two states in the future.
