| With effective date May 22, 2009 numbering function will be handed over from WM Datenservice (Germany), the responsible Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Syria, to the appointed National Numbering Agency, Damascus Securities Exchange. Since no ISINs had been allocated by the SNA there was no ISIN change necessary. A masterfile as well as new ISINs will be uploaded to the ANNA Service Bureau database.
