NEW NUMBERING AGENCIES
ISIN changes for Bosnia-Herzegovina (Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina) on October 19, 2009 |

| WM Datenservice in its function as Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Bosnia-Herzegovina has agreed with the Registry of Securities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo the replacement of BA-ISINs allocated by the SNA to ISINs based on the local numbering system with effective date October 19, 2009. The Registry is the Central Securities Depository of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, one of the two state entities that constitute Bosnia-Herzegovina. ISINs that fall under geographical area of the Republic of Srpska, the 2nd entity, have already been changed with effective date February 25, 2009. A decision on a single National Numbering Agency responsible for the whole country is to be made by the Supervizory Authorities of the two states in the future.
